"1/21 Difficult app! constantly won't connect have to uninstall and reinstall but doesn't work even then. Makes it hard to communicate with loved ones! I think every service offered should be allowed in every state! 2/22 Here we are a year later and still having the same issues, the app won't even close properly, opens wherever I left off. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to send a message. It's not notifying me of new messages. 4/22 Still have to uninstall/reinstall daily"
